Sometimes a person addicted to alcohol or drugs think they are the happiest person alive until the bottom falls out from under them. Many think that quitting and achieving sobriety could never happen...that it is impossible....
In order to live sober and live happy, one must take that first step towards quitting and starting that new life.
Living sober in the eyes of an addict often isn't fathomable or in their vocabulary. It takes much thinking, willingness, desire and determination to be able just to walk away from an addiction that you have lived with for so many years. But it IS ACHIEVABLE!
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
REMOVE ALL NEGATIVE THOUGHTS OUT OF YOUR MIND.
TELL YOURSELF YOU CAN AND WILL DO IT.
BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF.
DON’T LET ANYTHING HOLD YOU BACK FROM FULFILLING YOUR DREAMS.
FOLLOW YOUR HEART.
LISTEN TO YOUR HEART AND MIND.
NEVER GIVE UP.
BELIEVE AND YOU SHALL ACHIEVE
